All Card holder information’s are Secure and we do not store card holder info on the website. Also we do not share customer information with any other third party.

SHIPMENT

1. Sales Tax: Tax applies to Florida customers only unless FL customer provides us with a valid tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship to location prior to TechnodealsUSA acceptance of the order.
    

2. All orders received by 4 PM ET are most likely shipped the same day. We pay special attention to Overnight Orders; therefore please call us to ensure that your order is received. We welcome your inquiry into the status of your order. If your order is especially time sensitive please call us and we will work on it immediately. This will allow us the best opportunity to get your order out right away. We understand emergencies and we will work to accommodate your request.
    

3. Ground shipments normally take about 1 to 6 business days depending on the shipping address and where we ship from. TechnodealsUSA is based in FL however, that does not mean that all products will be shipped from FL. We have business partners in several states.
    

4. Orders placed during the weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.
    

5. Shipping and billing address must be the same, if not, please call your credit card company to have the new shipping address approved.

PAYMENT

Payment for the products will be made through Google checkout and by MC/VISA AMEX, PayPal, Wire transfer, Western Union or some other prearranged payment method. Customers who wish to pay by credit card should print out the credit card authorization form, fill it and fax it to us together with the Purchase order.

Any fraud payment attempt is usually notified to the concerned law enforcement agencies.

PRODUCTS

All products and prices are continually upgraded and revised on our website. TechnodealsUSA may revise and discontinue products or change prices at any time without prior notice to the customers.

All softwares are provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.

RETURNING PRODUCTS

The main cause of returned product is DOA. Products may be returned for replacement or refund with in 30 days of purchase.

Before returning a product, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from TechnodealsUSA’s RMA department by filling the RMA request form and faxing it to us. Our RMA department will go through the request and issue an RMA# if the product is eligible for return. We must receive all incoming items within 10 days otherwise RMA will be void.

After 30 days it is under manufacturer warranty, if one exists. Manufacturer's warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. You Cannot Return Sealed Retail Box. You Must return it to the Manufacturer.

We do not charge any restocking fee for damaged (DOA) or wrong product shipment. However, customer pays the return shipping charge to TechnodealsUSA and TechnodealsUSA will pay for the shipping back to you. All replacements are shipped ground unless other wise indicated.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged for the return of wrong product ordered by the customer. Shipping charges are not refundable.

We do not take any product back if it is physically damaged by the customer. Please notify the shipper and us immediately if you receive damaged merchandise. If the damage is visible then call us and refuse the order. We insure most orders.

TECHNODEALSUSA DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. TECHNODEALSUSA WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS TECHNODEALSUSA IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
