Wait, What Does That Product Condition Mean?

As part of our goal to become the most transparent server parts shop, we want to make sure that we close any barrier of confusion that we tend to see with our products. The most common questions that I seem to find with our consumers is that they want to know "What is the condition of this product?" or "What Does New Grade A Pull mean?". So we a created a simple graphic that we created the difference in all of our product condition variations. Hopefully, that will clear any confusion.

New Grade A Pull

These server parts were pulled from servers, in which our vendors bought up old parts for resale. Tested and guaranteed to be in working condition with little to zero hours. They are Grade A tested.

The server part has been used previously, it may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functional as intended.

The products are refurbished and have been been professionally restored to be in working order by our vendors in which they have been inspected, clean, and repaired. May have cosmetic blemishes.
